Celebrate the end of the working week with award-winning English wines from small, dedicated West Country company, Lyme Bay Winery, matched with seasonal seafood from Allium head chef, Rupert Taylor. Expect the likes of scallop ceviche, lobster and mango salad, fresh oysters, dressed Cornish crab and more, served as individual plates, or as a full tiered display.
